In 1957 Laika was shot up into space in a satellite. She didn’t survive the journey, and came back deceased. At least that was what the world was told.
What no one knows, is that Laika actually was sent out in space on a secret mission. A mission which went wrong, very wrong. In space, she went aboard a flying saucer and was supposed to discover new civilizations. Instead, she got caught in a dangerous meteor storm. Her flying saucer got severe damages and she was forced to crashland on a planet near by. A planet, named The Planet of Cats. While crash landing, vital parts from her space ship got spread around a bone shaped island. This is where her adventure starts. She has to find all those parts before her oxygen tube runs out, and return to her safe home on planet Earth… And as if that wasn’t enough, a huge volcano is about to erupt and cover the island with hot lava!
Left alone, Laika has to trust and follow her instincts to get back home. Strange looking characters who live their everyday life not very different from earth populate this world/planet, and Laika has to learn how to cope with them. In order to get the lost parts from the space ship back, she has to solve puzzles, help the inhabitants with different tasks, find fuel, and last but not least place the sovjetian flag on the highest point of the island.
